1. Eligibility for Refund
- Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.

2. Refund Process
- Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us via our app or website and select the relevant order under the 'Manage Orders' section.
- Product Pickup: Once the return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location within 4 working days.
- Refund Initiation: The refund process begins within 24 hours of receiving the returned product and may take up to 3 working days to reflect in your bank account.
3. Refund Details
- Online Payments: Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account registered with us.
4. Special Cases
- Order Cancellation: If you cancel an order before it is confirmed, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours and may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
- RTO (Return to Origin) Orders: If the order is returned due to delivery failure, the refund process will take up to 7 working days from the date the return is initiated.
